    Hi Taylor,
I wish I would have helped you with your book when you contacted me, but at that time my vision was not in alignment with the work you were accomplishing. I thought of reaching out to you now and sharing this book I have found very helpful these past few months during my transition from the Mormon church. Maybe you have already read it, but just in case here are the details:

Unveiling Grace by Lynn K. Wilder. A gripping story of how an entire family, deeply enmeshed in Mormonism for thirty years, found their way out and found faith in Jesus Christ. For thirty years, Lynn Wilder, once a tenured faculty member at Brigham Young University, and her family lived in, loved, and promoted the Mormon Church.

    Hi Carla:
Thanks for reaching out. We are all on our own journeys that take us to unexpected places at times. I appreciate your earlier offers of assistance. I just ordered the Lynn Wilder book and look forward to reading it. I’m am always heartened to see people who leave the Mormon church find Christianity, I just hope she didn’t ditch the Book of Mormon and the Revelations in the process. That is the temptation, but we have to remember that the “roots” are good even though the institution is in a state of apostasy, and recognize how consistent the teaching of the Book of Mormon are with the Bible.
    Wishing you all the best,
    Taylor
