At approximately the 3:38 mark you begin discussing D&C 63:2, specifically regarding the anger of the Lord being “kindled against the wicked and rebellious” and its application to his chosen people rather than ‘non-believers’. I agree and would add D&C 59:21 to the scriptures bolstering that position.
“And in nothing doth man offend God, or against none is his wrath kindled, save those who confess not his hand in all things, and obey not his commandments.”
    (Doctrine and Covenants 59:21)

Who is it that has a particular obligation to confess the Lords hand in all things?
Who is it that has received the commandments of the Lord?

D&C 82 (and other places) teaches that all the inhabitants of the earth have “gone out of the way”, but the most aggressive warnings are to his chosen people:
“For of him unto whom much is given much is required; and he who sins against the greater light shall receive the greater condemnation.
Ye call upon my name for revelations, and I give them unto you; and inasmuch as ye keep not my sayings, which I give unto you, ye become transgressors; and justice and judgment are the penalty which is affixed unto my law.”
    (Doctrine and Covenants 82:3–4)

Perhaps the greatest aspect of Nauvoo era doctrine has yet to be fully considered by the Saints. In 1843, Joseph’s scribe William Clayton recorded:

I asked the President w[h]ether children who die in infancy will grow. He answered “no, we shall receive them precisely in the same state as they died i.e. no larger. They will have as much intelligence as we shall but shall always remain separate and single. They will have no increase. Children who are born dead will have full grown bodies being made up by the resurrection.

In the King Follet Discourse, Joseph proclaimed:
A question[:] will Mothers have their children in Eternity yes, yes, you will have the children But as it falls so it will rise, It will never grow, It will be in its precise form as it fell in its mothers arms. Eternity is full of thrones upon which dwell thousands of children reigning on thrones of glory not one cubit added to their stature.

I will wait for further light and knowledge on that one. If they never grow how can they become celestial polygamists like God??? It just shows how messed up doctrinally we became during the Nauvoo years.
